All sales are FINAL for 3D printed items on 3dnatdesignz.com

Due to the nature of 3D printing, the product surface may have minor imperfections which are commonly associated with the 3D printing process.  All parts are inspected prior to shipment to ensure excellent quality.  We do our best to ensure the best possible products reach our customers.

Defects

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at 3dnatdesignz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace defective items reported within this timeframe.

Due to the nature of 3D printed products, items that are damaged after use—including normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or stress from use—are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for replacement.
